Do I need to register to use Paspic?

No. You do not need to register at first. Please choose the passport photo specification you need, click next, upload your passport picture and follow the instructions. You will need to register when you decide to purchase. 

Do I need to log in to use Paspic?

No. You do not need to log in at first. Please choose the passport photo specification you need, click next, upload your passport picture and follow the instructions. You will need to register when you decide to purchase a baby passport photo, a child passport photo or an adult passport photo. 

Does Paspic contact me if the passport picture is compliant?

No. Paspic will only contact you if the passport photos may not be compliant. In this case Paspic will ask for a new passport photo. If the photo is passport compliant we will post it to your delivery address by Royal Mail, First Class or if the delivery address is outside the United Kingdom by Royal Mail, First Class Air Mail. We do not charge for postage.

The photo I uploaded and ordered looks like the baby /child passport photos have the top part of their head cut out?

 Please note: Paspic will correct the head size/position and the background will be adjusted before printing.

The shipping address in the email received from PayPal is not correct.

Paspic will deliver the passport photos to the address you provided for shipping. Please check “Delivery address” in Paspic Photo order confirmation email we sent to you. (The address is printed under the passport photo).

I do not have a PayPal account. Can I pay with my Credit Card?

Yes. You can use the PayPal Guest Checkout link and complete the transaction with your credit card.

Can my registered email address be changed?

No. For security reasons the registered email address cannot be changed. The new email address has to be registered as a new user.
